What tribute honors your beloved friend the way a work of art can? Deanna has been commemorating beloved furbabies in original art portraits for over 20 years. Unlike the "quickie portrait places" you find on-line, Deanna's portraits are hand-drawn works of art, skillfully capturing your pet's details and personality in graphite (oils and acrylic available upon request, prices vary). Many of the on-line "pet portrait" places nowadays take your photo and use a painting app or software and call it original art, drawings, and paintings, when they are in fact computer-generated images made to look like drawings/paintings. This is a sad shame for traditional artists! The "fake artists" (computer-artists) out there use a few clicks of a button and call it original art, whereas traditional artists work for hours using their talent and skill, sadly for much the same price! If you value real art, done by a real artist, not a computer, send your photos in today and talk to Deanna about exactly what kind of portrait you desire. 

Your pet's portrait will be skillfully crafted on archival museum-quality linen paper, your pet's details and personality will be captured in fine-detail, in rich graphite. Upon completion, your work of art will be "cured" with a fixative. Much communication goes into the portrait process: an artist's contract will be sent to you first, we will review your photos and discuss your wishes, and the timeframe will be set for completion. You will be given a preview during the process. And finally, at the time of shipping, your piece will be lovingly and securely packaged for safe travel.
