1. Care Instructions: We have tested all our garments, in fact, we brutalized them just for you! Though it's recommended to treat your clothing kindly, we washed each piece in hot water and dried them on high for way too long, repeatedly, during the testing phase. All styles kept shape and did not shrink, and designs looked great through it all. We do, however, advise you to wash on a cool to warm setting and tumble dry low to medium heat. Do NOT iron your images! Do NOT bleach. 

2. Returns/Exchanges: Problems with your order? No problem! We will gladly accept your return or exchange of unworn*, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your items. Your purchase price, less shipping, will be returned to you once we receive the item(s). For exchanges, buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges. Your happiness is our happiness, so we will do our best to help resolve any order or product related issues! (Unworn* also means that the item(s) must be free from stains and other damages, including but not limited to: makeup, deodorant, perfumes, other tears, snags, etc.)

3. Shipping Timeframe: Most orders ship within 24 to 48-hours of order placement. Orders placed on holidays or outside of normal business hours (M-S 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST) may be postponed slightly, though it is our goal to get your merchandise to you promptly! Special orders (sizes, styles, etc.) or very large (or wholesale) orders may require additional handling time, which will be discussed at the time of the order placement.

4. International Shipping: We love shipping to our friends abroad, however, please note that COVID-19 has created delays in shipping, especially overseas. Buyers outside of the USA must also be aware that tracking is not available to certain countries. Once a package reaches customs agencies in those countries, tracking abilities cease.
